• Clinical Role:
• Seeking someone Board Eligible/Certified in PM&R
• Pain Management Fellowship is Preferred but Not Required
• Recent Interventional Pain Management Experience Required
• Hospital-Based Practice
• Outpatient / Inpatient Role
• Schedule:
• 3 Weeks in Outpatient Setting (PM&R / Interventional Pain)
• 1 Week Inpatient (Rounding, Consults, Discharges)
• Inpatient Rehab Center: 42 Beds
• General Inpatient Rehabilitation Experience Preferred
• Group Info: 3 PM&R Physicians, 1 NP, Therapists, Nurses, Dieticians & Case Managers
• Call: 1 Weekend Per Month (Inpatient Rehab)
• Variety of Procedures Performed:
• Fluoroscopy Guided Procedures (Conscious Sedation & Anesthesia Available)
• Cervical, Thoracic & Lumbar Region Epidural Steroid Injections
• Joint Injections
• Medial Branch Clocks
• Radiofrequency Ablations
• Neurostimulator Trials & Implants
• Minimally Invasive S.I. Joint Fusions
• Minimally Invasive Interspinous Spacers (Vertiflex)
• Vertebral Augmentation
• EMG (Upper & Lower Extremities Desired)
• Services Include: Diagnostic, Therapeutic & Complex Interventional Procedures
• California Fluoroscopy License Required to Start
