• This is Leadership position with the following parameters:
• REQUIRES 2+ Years of direct supervision/management experience with mentoring and coaching others
• Responsible for the clinical multispecialty operations across (4) local practice locations
• Strong understanding of tactics to meet the “Triple Aim” for high-quality, affordable care
• Willingness to travel to local facilities and meet with practice team members & provide clinical oversight of Multispecialty providers
• Outpatient Only
• There will be clinical work seeing patients
