Locum Family Practice Position in Northern Michigan

• Average Number of Patients Per Day:18
• 3 physicians in practice
• Number of exam rooms - 3 per provider
• Onsite Services: Lab, radiology, walk - in
• Will not be responsible for supervising other health care providers
• Will not be required to respond to in-house codes
• Will not be Expected to Provide Backup for the ED
• Active MI license - required
• BLS - required
• Board Certified – required
