Locums - Eureka, California, Hematology/Oncology Job

• Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
• Facility will accept multiple providers
• Inpatient/Outpatient
• EMR: Epic
• Clinic: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
• Call Schedule: 1 week a month take call for clinic if necessary
• 100% Adult
• 100% Office/Clinic
• 40% Hematology / 60% Oncology
• Patients Per Day: 12-15
• New Consults: 1-2 a day if necessary
• Lab & X-Ray On-Site
• Clinical Requirements: Board Certified (ABMS/AOA), Hematology, Hematology/Oncology, Medical Oncology
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
• Active CA License or IMLC
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Ratio: 1:4
