• Post Acute Care settings
• Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living facilities
• 12- 15 encounters/day
• 3 Docs rotate escalation (back up to overnight NP)
• Call Sun-Sat 7p-7a
• Very rare to get any calls at all- docs will discuss with you
• Saturday & Sundays 7a-7p are rotated thru all 12 of AL PC Providers
• So every 12th Sat or Sun (not both at one time)
• NPs take M-F 7a-7p call.
