Locums - Terre Haute, Indiana, CRNA Job

• Clinical Role:

• Dates needed: July 18-21, August 5, August 8 - 12, August 29 - September 2, September 9, September 16
• 7a-3p / Call hours: 7p-7a
• Chief assigns call (OR Call is from home / OB Call is in house)
• Call response time: 20 minutes
• MDs onsite - little to no supervision
• Cardiac, ORTHO, ENDO, GEN, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, PEDs, Urology, Acute Pain Mgmt, Trauma (NO OB, yet)
• Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient
• EMR: Cerner
• COI - IN PCF required. TEE / Heart Experience is preferred. Certification - BLS / ACLS _must be through AHA
