• Shifts per month needed, beginning when: 15
• Shift times: 24 hours – start time TBD
• NICU level: Newborn nursery only
• Total Hospital Deliveries (Annually): 750
• Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists (not including deliveries) (Annually): 660
• Expected patients per day: 2-3
• Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (monthly): 20
• Type of patients, cases, procedures distribution: Emergent gyn only
• Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: Emergency only
• First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: Yes
• Backup Available to the Hospitalists: No
• Hospitalists to Backup Midwives: No
• Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice: No
• MFM onsite? Onsite two days per week – available by phone 24/7
• Residency Program & Type? FM residency – provide OB services
• In-house Anesthesia? Yes
• BC and Truly BE okay
• Active PA License required: Yes
• Other certificates required (life support, etc.): NRP only
• Minimum Delivery cases required to work at this site: 100 within the last 24 months
• COVID vaccine required
