• Call Type: Beeper
• 12 days month of coverage needed for locum support
• Support Staff: One Perinatologist, four OB/Gyns, seven Certified Nurse Midwives, One Labor & Delivery Laborist (midwife), Two Neonatologist, Seven NICU in-house midlevel providers. Inpatient, Office and Clinic Nurse Managers and staff.
• Number of physicians in group: Four OB-Gyn, one permanent MFM, one locum MFM
• Call structure: One OB-Gyn, one MFM and one mid-wife
• Annual deliveries - 1600 Average
• Number of patients admitted? Average of 6 Labor & Delivery patients per day, average 13 Labor & Delivery Outpatients per day including OB Triage and scheduled NSTs
• Typical cases seen/required procedures: Management of Level III Labor & Delivery patients
• Scope of Services Required: Circumcisions and Tubal Ligation, C-Section Deliveries,  OB/GYN surgical procedures, Operative Vaginal Delivery
