Locums – Michigan Orthopedic Surgery Job - 60 Minutes from Saginaw

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible orthopedic surgeon
• Reason for need: physician retiring
• Join two full-time orthopedic surgeons and a PA+
• Coverage needed: October 28 @ 7 am – November 1 @ 7 am (Orientation October 27)
• Ongoing needs thereafter – specific dates not finalized yet
• Call only
• 5-10 patients per day going to ER with Orthopedic issues
• Locums treat those that need immediate treatment
• Common procedures include hip fractures, long bone fractures, ankle fractures and wrist fractures
• Fractures/Sprains/Strains are currently being splinted and sent over for follow-ups
• EMR: EPIC
