Locum OB/GYN Opportunity in Florence, OR

• EMR: EPIC – must be proficient
• Primarily need call coverage 7a-7a Monday through Friday of every week February – June, with 1 weekend per month. It would be helpful if while on call, some days of weekday clinic can be scheduled which runs 8a-5p. It won’t have to be every Monday – Friday for the clinic portion.
• Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 7a-7a call on weekdays, 1 weekend per month, if clinic is scheduled it will run 8a-5p on weekdays
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: 24 hour weekday call, 1 weekend per month; admissions, rounding and consults
• Patients/Cases/Procedures: Adult, OB
• Patients per Day/Volume: 6-8 patients in clinic, 2 patients outside of clinic on call
• Support Staff: Solo coverage; nursing support
• Miscellaneous Information: Small facility with low volume; 4 L&D beds; combo of call and clinic needed; prefer 1 provider to work full time, but will consider providers who can come in blocks that include a full 7a Monday – 7a Friday stretch.
• Minimum number of shifts required per month? 1 week per month
• Certifications/Qualifications Required: NRP, ACLS
• Board Certified Required. May consider truly BE 0-3 years
• OR license required
• OR DEA required
