• Monday to Friday, 0700 - 1530 hours
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 5 - 10
• Annual ER Volume: 8,500
• Trauma Level: 4
• Description of OR Staff: RN, Scrub Tech, PACU RN, Same Day Surgery RN, Sterile Processing
• Number of Operating Rooms: 3
• Call Ratio: 1:2 for full time staff
• EMR: EPIC
• CRNA will work independently
• Patient Age Demographic: All ages
• AANA Certified - Required
• Active MI license - Required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS - Required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience (No new grads) - Required
• Local providers within driving distance- Required
• CRNA is available full time – Required
