• Hematology 10% / Oncology 90%
• Worksite Resources: Lab, X-Ray
• Office Staff: 6 RN's, 3 MA's, 2 PA/NP's
• Board Certified
• Active WA License or IMLC
• Fellowship Required
• Trauma Level 3
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Ratio: 1:2
