Locum General Diagnostic Radiologist Need ~ West of Charlottesville, VA

• Clinical Role:

• ASAP - ongoing
• Full time, M-F, 8a-5p (able to be flexible if provider can't cover full time)
• No call, no weekends
• Hospital-based
• General Diagnostic w/ light IR = 80 cases (4-5 MRI, 8-10 CT, 40 Plain Films, 10 Ultrasound, 10-15 Fluro including light IR (injections)
• Level 1 Trauma
• Annual ER volume: 60k
• EMR: Meditech
• Number of Exam Rooms: 30 ER rooms with five (5) dedicated to Fast Track
• Number of Radiologists in Practice: Seven (7) plus techs, etc
• Do You Use Teleradiology? If Yes, Please Explain: Yes – If RD has interest to provide, Augusta Health will make arrangements to cover Tele from 5 pm – 10
• Patient Age Demographic: (Adolescent, Child, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric) – Mostly adult and geriatric
• Board Certified or Truly BE (within 0-5 years of residency) - Required
• Active VA license - Required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS - Required
• COVID Vaccine – Required
