• OBGYN Certifications required
• Must have active MA license
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7pm –7am)
• Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: Yes
• Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions: No
• Hospitalists Needed for First Assist: Yes
• First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: Yes –community docs or hospital employed docs
• Hospitalists to Backup Midwives: Yes
• Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice: No
• Backup Available to the Hospitalists: Yes
• NICU Level: II A –transfer patients out 34 weeks and below
• Total Annual Hospital Deliveries: 1,500
• Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (monthly): 15
• Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists (not including deliveries) (monthly): 130
• MFM onsite? Yes, 3-4 days/week. Otherwise, available 24/7 via phone. Very responsive
• In-house Anesthesia? Yes
• Vaccination requirements: COVID vaccination is required
