• Total Number of Beds: 25, ICU Beds: 4, Trauma Level Beds: 3
• Call Schedule: 7am Friday - 7am Monday
• Practice: 95% Low Risk Pregnancy, 5% High Risk Pregnancy
• Worksite Resources: Lab Onsite, Ultrasound Onsite, 
• Number of Exam Rooms: 6
• Support Staff: 2 RN's, 3 MA's
• 90 Days to Obtain Privileges
• Board Certified
• Certifications Required: BLS, NRP
• Call Type: Beeper
• Procedures  Required: Low Risk Pregnancy, High Risk Pregnancy, FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Interpretation, Level I Screening, Level 1/Screening (viability), Routine Delivery - Vaginal, Low Forcepts, decision-making for C-section, Complicated Delivery - C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations, Surgical Gynecology - Open, Laparoscopic Diagnostic/minor only - Tubal Litigation, LOA's Chromal Tubation, Operative/Major (includes Diagnostic) - Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA's
