Sales Support Administrator

Overview: The Sales Support Administrator supports entire sales team and must have the ability to multi task, be detailed oriented and can manage in a sales environment working with many different departments (sales, procurement, operations, accounting and customer service)

  • Process purchase and sales orders in CRM database
  • Liaison between departments for purchase and sales orders
  • Follow up with vendors for tracking on shipments
  • Process vendor return paperwork for items failed by the test department
  • Maintain updated information in the shipping & receiving queue
  • Notify sales representative of order delays/problems
  • Escalate order issues to sales support manager when necessary
  • Assist other members of the sales support team as needed
  • Source product and contact vendors for pricing and availability of product
  • Answer main phone line as needed

Education and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask while being flexible working with changing list of priorities
  • Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and customer
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience
  • General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years in customer service, sales support or administration
