Software Developer – Revit Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with deep Autodesk Revit expertise to join our engineering team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in enhancing our suite of utility and telecom design tools by developing intelligent integrations with Revit and related BIM technologies. This is an opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions that help organizations streamline engineering workflows, improve data integrity, and increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain applications and plug-ins that integrate with Autodesk Revit and enterprise design platforms.

  • Develop Revit add-ins using C# and the Revit API to support utility design and substation modeling workflows.

  • Collaborate with the testing team to create and maintain unit and integration tests, ensuring software quality and reliability.

  • Partner with UI/UX designers, product owners, and developers to deliver intuitive, high-performance solutions.

  • Translate architectural and engineering requirements into scalable software features.

  • Optimize Revit-centric workflows to reduce manual processes and enhance data accuracy.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.

  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and team learning initiatives to foster technical excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Autodesk Revit API.

  • Proficiency in C# and .NET development.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Git-based workflow
