Job Title: Foreman/Supervisor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to lead field operations on utility and infrastructure construction projects. This is a working supervisor role, meaning you’ll lead by example—working alongside crew members while overseeing daily operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and participate in daily field activities on utility and civil infrastructure projects.
- Interpret project plans, specifications, and job orders to execute work efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to ensure high productivity and site organization.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and customer expectations.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and utility representatives.
- Train and mentor crew members to promote safety, quality workmanship, and team development.
- Maintain accurate records of job site activities, including crew hours, equipment usage, and daily progress.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License & Reliable transportation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in utilities (Electric, Gas, Water) construction, Telecommunications construction, civil construction, or related field.
- Proven leadership ability and experience supervising field crews (3-5+ person crews)
- OSHA 10 Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and DMV clearance.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and practices.
- Previous experience operating equipment (Mini-Excavator, Excavator, Construction Forklift, etc.)
- Physically capable of working outdoors and lifting 50+ pounds as needed.
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
