As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve our clients' objectives and maximize their online presence. You will be responsible for creating ad copy, building campaigns, crafting social media content, creating text ads, reviewing campaign performance, tracking client spending, and producing insightful reports. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for digital marketing to kickstart their career in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling ad copy for digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other display networks.
• Build and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure they align with client objectives and deliver maximum ROI.
• Develop engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create text ads that are relevant and compelling to attract clicks and conversions.
• Review the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Track client spend and ensure budgets are managed effectively to achieve desired results.
• Produce comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for future optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account managers, designers, and developers to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 0-5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related field (previous internships or relevant coursework will be considered).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A curious learner with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media management tools OR desire to learn

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
