The DevOps Engineer resource will ensure on-time delivery of software releases through implementation of well-travelled CI/CD practices being defined by the DevOps Organization.

 

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Design, creation and maintenance of Kubernetes deployment manifest
• Supporting a healthy Kubernetes cluster operation – care & feeding – that everything is working correctly
• Support a 200+ engineering team with a small (5+ person) team.
• Able to assess code, build it, and run applications locally on his/her own
• Experience with creating and maintaining automated build tools
• Familiar with Kustomize deployment tool kit
• System Level trouble shooting / diagnosis.
• Create profile build processes & identify bottlenecks
• Write scripts to automate tasks and Implement CI/CD principles.

Required Technical Skills:

• Advanced/Fluent English.

• Experience working as DevOps or Cloud Engineer.

• +4 years of experience working with Kubernetes.

• Experience working with GitLab/Jenkins and monitoring tools.
