As the Senior QA Architect, you will understand detailed technical requirements from large enterprise class customers and create detailed automated test cases and test plans to ensure that the products meet the customers’ requirements, including performance, scale, and failure scenarios. You will develop and improve key processes and test coverage, provide technical guidance to team members, and improve existing products and features. You will also develop strong working relationships and increase engagement and collaboration with peers to drive technology roadmaps. Additionally, you will:

Contribute to the products’ vision, including supportability and quality
Oversee the overall development of automation and test coverage to maintain a high standard of software quality
Provide technical leadership to team members while taking an active part in the team tasks
Assign tasks, review work, and contribute to employee performance appraisals
Work with internal teams, peers, and customers to understand product requirements that translate to successful software development
Engage with key customers to understand their challenges and requirements, then develop, design, and implement innovative solutions to meet these requirements

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

At least 15 years of experience in automated QA test development
At least 5 years of experience as team leader
At least 10 years of experience in design and development of enterprise-level and multi-threaded systems
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering
Knowledge and experience in
Experience working with Linux environments
Experience in design, coding, integration, and debugging
Self-starter with an enthusiastic proactive mindset
Ability to write code and conduct thorough code reviews
