As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will provide Level 1, 2, and 3 production support for applications, including incidents, problems, change requests, service requests, and access management. You will provide support for corrective actions on repetitive issues for permanent fix. You will also keep support knowledge base updated per the IT Team Functional Knowledge Management Process. Additionally, you will: 

  • Provide resolution notes for new issues or work-arounds
  • Keep team members and team lead aware of changes
  • Create and update relevant SOP documentation
  • Create and/or maintain functional documentation for break-fixes
  • Create and/or maintain detailed FMEAs per the IT template
  • Facilitate outage bridge/skype calls during P1 and P2 outages and during P3 troubleshooting activities
  • Manage ticket queues for all support resources (L1, L2, L3 Operations Developers)
  • Create implementation plans for incidents and problem tickets
  • Create, edit, and send application communications (in lieu of Release Manager), in accordance with the standard IT operations templates
  • Submit change requests for IT operational change activities (in lieu of Release Manager)
  • Facilitate deployment activities (in lieu of Release Manager)

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • Understanding of AWS, Scaler, and SQL
  • Familiarity with the Service Now application for ticket management
  • Eagerness to learn new material and technical content
  • Ability to solve complex problems through logical reasoning, problem breakdown, and root cause analysis
  • Ability to clearly and accurately communicate with our functional partners when investigating and clarifying application issues
  • Ability to convey technical details clearly to non-technical individuals
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
