As the Product Manager – Experience Hub, you will lead the delivery of core business values while meeting timelines and budgets. You will work closely with the Business and Technology teams to advance our use of technology platforms to achieve strategic and annual goals. You will also focus on improving the customer experience, driving adoption, and generating business value. Additionally, you will:

  • Be responsible for the vision, roadmap, development, delivery, and value realization of solutions for our digital customer marketing platform
  • Create the roadmap and strategy to deliver product and platform creation for our global business
  • Increase our customer data base and design and implement an Experience Hub Platform to allow for detailed segmentation and customer profiling to enable personalization and targeted 1:1 customer communication
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap using the latest design approaches, technologies, and Agile processes
  • Develop a content and subscription driven product roadmap that outlines and delivers direct to consumer customer communication growth and capability
  • Design and deliver a program for 1:1 personalized customer communications and experiences
  • Drive the continuous improvement
  • Continuously review the current performance of the platform
  • Create key functionality that meets product KPIs to increase current customer base and quality
  • Generate corrective actions and prioritize into the backlog along with business improvement user stories
  • Work with product management to prioritize needs
  • Understand the vision and goals of each of the business units and develop strategies and annual plans to meet those goals
  • Align budgetary investments to achieve maximum return for the business group
  • Ensure internal stakeholders needs/expectations are met and promote transparency though effective communications
  • Create regular project progress reports covering accomplishments, schedule performance, cost performance, and measured business outcomes for all projects
  • Lead the team using an Agile framework to deliver an iterative program with continuous business value delivery to assure the highest level of success for all projects
  • Define roadmaps creating epics and user stories that meet the business goals and customer needs
  • Ensure user stories are ready for development work including clear and measurable acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate daily with the Agile development team and quality assurance team

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading a globally dispersed team
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Digital/e-commerce marketing background working as a PO as part of the project team
  • Self-driven and strategic with experience in product marketing, global reach brand-building, and partnership development across multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience helping create delightful products with specialties in user and customer experience and innovation, including UX research, customer journey mapping, customer experience design and optimization, design thinking, and/or digital marketing
  • Agile, dynamic, collaborative, multicultural environments experience with a curious mindset
  • Team player spirit bringing creativity and leadership.
  • Strong experience working with content and subscription driven sites
  • Experience with digital experience and digital strategy background in customer facing applications
  • Strong experience in content strategy, user engagement, and user experience
  • Experience in e-commerce and subscription-based products
  • Strong experience in customer segmentation
  • Preference center and customer profiling experience
  • Experience with 1:1 comms and personalized offers and campaign automation
  • Experience working with across brand and geographic locations
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and an ability to influence
  • Knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
