Join us as a ServiceNow Platform Architect and be part of the creative, forward-thinking, and dedicated team. As the ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will define, guide, and support the execution of your technical governance processes. You will help develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model. You will assist in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform. You will support the design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve your desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption. You will provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices. You will be responsible for platform integrations. You will guide ServiceNow Platform design, including considerations for integration and performance. You will assess architecture and solution designs to support your objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices. You will offer guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment. You will provide technical guidance in platform development and platform- wide solutions. You will advise on configuration and coding standards. You will support remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices. You will assess instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting ServiceNow Health Scan. You will ensure platform alignment with the business strategy. You will provide consultative technical leadership to the platform team. You will create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture. You will provide architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions. You will resolve technical escalations, including responding to defects. You will participate in process workshops. You will work with other FFB architects as necessary. You will also assist in migrating configuration across instances.

If This Describes You, Apply Today! 

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field, or an equivalent and appropriate combination of education and experience
  
• At least of 5+ years ServiceNow administration experience
  
• Expertise in ServiceNow core architecture
  
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work directly with vendors, internal managers, and auditors/examiners
  

Great Additional Skills:

• (ServiceNow) Certified System Administrator/Developer/Implementor or related certifications
  
• Expertise with CMDB, Service Mapping, Software and Hardware Asset Management
  
• Proven background in Architecture Design and Processes
