As the Tech Head, you will study existing product ranges to develop new products and upgrade existing products as per the market requirements in close coordination with the BU Head. You will be managing and providing guidance to the Estimation Team on day-to-day work. You will be presenting new, innovative ideas to management to develop new product lines as per market requirements. You will be managing staff, resources, and processes as well as providing guidance to the team to implement the vision and strategy for new product development. You will be preparing cost analysis on the development of new products. You will research patents, copyrights, and trademarks to make sure there are no infringement issues involved while launching new products. You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and production to ensure that new products meet development targets and support the organization’s financial goals.

If This Describes You, Apply Today! 

• B.E in Mechanical/Production
  
• At least 15 years industry experience in Aluminium doors/windows, Hardware
  
• System doors and windows- Aluminium background
  
• Knowledge for doors and windows & façade system in aluminum Industry
  
• Know-how of the Indian market codes & regulations for Aluminum Fenestration
  
• Knowledge of Die Drawing preparation, Hardware compatibility report preparation, structural calculation is must
  

Great Additional Skills:

• Exposure to all major global hardware companies
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills
