As the Marketing Associate, you will join a team of highly motivated professionals to help seek out and create new client and candidate relationships; develop and expand Resolvit's brand recognition in our target markets; and drive external and internal communications strategies to completion. You will provide marketing and special programs support to the Resolvit sales, recruiting, and corporate teams in three key areas: marketing, social media, and web; event planning and delivery; and internal and external communications. Additionally, you will:
- Assist in the content creation and support of Resolvit’s social media initiatives, including Resolvit.com, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create digital content for use in marketing and sales lead generation strategies
- Provide graphics design support and coordinate content creation with subject owners to maintain information accuracy and currency
- Assist in the editing of consultant resumes to maintain brand consistency
- Coordinate setup and ordering of specialty marketing items and materials
- Support the planning and operation of all regional marketing events for clients, candidates, and employees, including job fairs, MeetUps, charity outings, conference exhibits, webinars, all-hands meetings, and client outings
- Prepare invitations and marketing materials to promote planned events and secure target attendance
- Assist the Corporate Team in planning national events as requested
- Create and deliver external communications, including press releases, announcements, blogs, white papers, and published articles
- Create and deliver graphics and textual content for internal employee communications to include announcements, newsletters, and blogs
- Create and maintain graphical standards for sales presentations; coordinate with Resolvit’s global sales teams to ensure consistent look-and-feel for PowerPoint slides and sales collateral

What You’ll Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
- Progressive experience with marketing communications, copywriting/editing, social media, graphic design, and/or event planning and management
- Excellent time and task management skills and a strong attention to detail
- Strong competency with core MS Office tools and relevant graphics software such as Illustrator and Vizio
- Spoken and written fluency in Spanish highly desired
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
Great Additional Skills:
- Web design/development experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
