As the Support Analyst, you will solve complex issues for multiple customers and maintain client confidence of our platform. You will advocate for the customer while managing their expectations. You will also work within Zendesk to document, track, and resolve customer issues. Additionally, you will:

  • Execute acceptance tests of new features in collaboration with the QA team
  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on issues while collaborating with the engineering and operations teams to resolve
  • Be a subject matter expert in the area of subscription billing and revenue management
  • Use your excellent problem-solving skills to meet business requirements with technical solutions

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or MIS
  • Experience with SaaS environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated by customer success
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills

Great Additional Skills:

  • Experience in billing, revenue management, accounting, or finance applications
  • SQL query experience
