As the Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as the primary interface between business users and the development team to understand the business processes, workflows, and information requirements of the users. You will support configuration of new functionality on a cloud-based platform while developing new business processes and communicating the new processes to stakeholders. You will also effectively plan projects and communicate with stakeholders to define requirements and resolve issues.

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

At least 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical mind with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and document business and business processes
Experience gathering and documenting user requirements
Detail-oriented and strong customer service orientation
Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently
Ability to lead/manage projects in accordance with the Agile methodology
Experience with MS Visio
