As the Project Manager, you will lead and deliver multiple personal finance projects, including compliance and next gen POS integration initiatives. You will be highly engaged in the work in order to organize and drive technical teams to milestones, and effectively resolve issues requiring collaboration of many stakeholders. You will also keep technical teams on track and work to escalate issues as appropriate. Additionally, you will:

• Take full project ownership
• Establish and update project plans and manage deviations from the plan
• Ensure all project requirements and objectives are properly documented and vigorously pursued to deliver the project scope
• Complete status and progress reporting on a regular cadence
• Create and track schedules, risks, issues, and budget
• Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate decisions and unresolved issues as needed
• Maintain project level communications with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Work with peers to develop and drive goals, and define technical specifications and detailed implementation plans for project

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• Demonstrate strong communication within and outside of team to align dependencies
• Ability to keep technical teams on track and work to escalate issues as appropriate
• Self-starter in an intense, fast-paced environment
• Experience working with leading stakeholder groups, including technical, product, business, and vendor teams
• Leadership skills
• Excellent MS Office toolset skills
• 3rd-party vendor management with hands-on software and hardware installation, coordination, and rollout experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Proven track record of schedule development and delivering objectives on time and within budget against that schedule
• Ability to anticipate and manage project risks
• Confident, solution-oriented, and independent worker
• Able to work effectively with managing different sets of business, technology, and vendor stakeholders
• Proven problem solving and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
• PMP or CAPM certification or equivalent experience
• Local to Cincinnati region
• Some travel required
