As the Group VP of Digital Products, you will be accountable for the achievement of the overall growth objectives of Digital Services. You will develop annual business plans by working with key leaders and functional partners to drive annual OKRs, revenue plan, and investment asks. You will also create new business and partnership opportunities that deliver on growth and sales objectives. Additionally, you will:

  • Own R&D/NPI funding and tracking
  • Partner with Marketing and Commercial resources to define the growth plan and create and implement programs to identify, launch, manage, and optimize revenue opportunities
  • Oversee all aspects of content licensing, business development, and strategic partnerships
  • Evaluate and negotiate complex business partnerships and advise senior executive team on content licensing and partnerships
  • Oversee all digital M&A activity, identify areas where it may be better to use a buy/partner strategy, and appropriately drive alignment with the relevant internal stakeholders
  • Work across the organization and identify opportunities to collaborate and share ideas across business units to improve scale and outcome
  • Develop and deliver strategy presentations and progress reviews with senior leaders
  • Keep abreast of industry developments including, but not limited to, changes in regulations and technology
  • Manage meeting content and presentations, including updates to senior business leaders and regular business unit reviews
  • Build a collaborative, high-performing team and support their professional growth and development

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • Accomplished and respected leader with at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • History of leading a business development or corporate strategy group/function
  • Proven track record of successful revenue-driving partnerships, creative deal making, and effective relationship management
  • Ability to conceptualize, structure, and build businesses and new ventures
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to drive results
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize deliverables and manage expectations
  • Distinguished executive presence and professionalism; confidence interacting with senior leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success structuring and implementing processes
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to lead multiple projects with limited guidance
  • Calm under pressure with excellent capacity to progress work quickly with high quality
  • Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain complete confidentiality
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with ability to foster teamwork and collaborative thinking
