As the Tier I/II Support Analyst, you will maintain client cloud environments, provide app support for SharePoint pages, handle day-to-day operational cases, troubleshoot PC or Mac related problems, handle high priority incident response. You will also handle the normal influx of support requests, route cases, document procedures for handling different types of cases, and interface with vendors with respect to user issues.

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • Experience with AWS or Azure environments
  • PC and/or Mac support experience
  • A focus on customer service and customer relations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player mentality
  • User/group administration experience
  • Experience using a ticketing system such as JIRA or ServiceNow
  • Experience supporting users remotely over the phone and using remote control tools
  • Experience handling high priority incidents, managing an incident situation and driving resolution.

Great Additional Skills:

  • Terraform experience
  • Basic Windows Server administration skills
  • Basic Linux server administration (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) skills
  • Some exposure to UNIX/Linux command line
  • Some exposure to Windows Server and Active Directory administration tasks
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Experience with SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager), JAMF, Code42 CrashPlan, Bitlocker, or Filevault.
