Junior Product Owner

As the Junior Product Owner, you will Identify, define, and analyze problems, understanding the cause and impact to design solutions. You will bring together cross-functional teams, defining and coordinating workload effectively to accomplish shared goals. You will create outcome-driven solutions to the problems defined by the Product Manager. You will document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. You will conduct intentional, methodical research into product area(s), including partner interviews, competitive research, and internal stakeholder discussions. You will need to have a deep understanding of the Business Analyst position and jump in and assist when necessary. You will also mentor new Business Analysts to ensure a smooth onboarding into the team Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required. 

If This Describes You, Apply Today!  

• At least 2 years of experience in the field or a related area 
• At least 2 years of experience working with the ConnectWise Manage PSA Platform 
• Bachelor's degree 
• Must have excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills to speak with both technical and non-technical audiences 
• Must be detail-oriented 
• Strong analytical, people, and documentation skills 
• Must understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully 
• Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously 
• Problem-solving abilities and the ability to meet reasonable deadlines 

Great Additional Skills: 

• Strong team player with the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the organization 
• Willingness to develop professionally 
• Understanding of Scrum & Agile Methodologies 
• Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts 
• Ability to work under general supervision 
• Advanced understanding of IT businesses and best practices 
• Advanced understanding of ConnectWise Manage 
• Financial Analysis and Familiarity with financial terms 
• Willingness to call or speak with customers directly
