As the Project Coordinator, you will assist in support tickets related to licensing questions and concerns. You will review business processes and make process improvement recommendations. You will also use, showcase, and grow your operations skills, drive internal programmatic changes to better service our customers, and be part of an amazing customer success organization. Additionally, you will:

• Work closely with Support on tickets relating to licensing questions and concerns
• Ensure that the quality and frequency of support are consistent with the cloud security customer tickets
• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Renewals, Business Systems, and Sales Operations, to ensure the success of the licensing questions and concerns, maintaining up-to-date documentation and communications relevant to the onboarding of accounts to be shared with customers

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communications skills
• True passion for customers and customer success
• Experience with SaaS-based applications and services
• Self-starter, high energy, positive attitude, customer-focused, and detailed oriented
• Strong customer service, management, listening, and presentation skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Experience with SaaS-based applications and services

Great Additional Skills:

• Experience working with Salesforce and Zendesk
• Previous working experience in customer service or support
• Strong written communication skills
