As the UI/UX Designer, you will create and iterate intuitive interactions and designs for our platform. You will be involved in the end-to-end product design process and enjoy a large degree of creative freedom and influence. You will also establish style guides and design patterns. Additionally, you will:

Create polished, developer-ready designs
Manage final design hand-off to engineering
Respond to and incorporate user feedback
Work with product teams to drive various growth initiatives
Work in an Agile environment with a distributed team

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

At least 5 years of product design experience focusing on user experience
Experience designing internal-facing digital products with a systematic approach
Thoughtful about accessibility and inclusive design
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to achieve agreement with partners and stakeholders
Solid understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns
Portfolio showcasing strong visual and interface design experience
Demonstrated ability to solve for complex user journeys
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and Agile environment
Strong communication skills
