As the Lead Marketing Acquisition Specialist, you will create ads, buy/optimize PPC search, social, and multichannel media plans and analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts in an Agile environment. You will create rapid prototyping experiments, leverage A/B testing, and help create new businesses from seed to incubation stages. You will also drive consumers into landing page and DTC websites through performance marketing, including Facebook ads, Google PPC Search and Shopping, and multiple other publisher and social advertising channels. Additionally, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of consumer acquisition plans across all channels
  • Bring consumers to the website through media buying, SEO optimization, and some knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing
  • Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts
  • Plan and successfully manage to channel budgets

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • 4 to 6 years of acquisition marketing/growth hacking experience, with a track record of success across paid, SEO, social, content, influencer, email, referral, and affiliate marketing
  • Experience with B2C/ DTC performance marketing in a startup or growth hacking environment
  • Direct buying experience across multiple channels
  • SEM, SEO, and social marketing experience; content, influencer, email, referral, and affiliate marketing experience preferred
  • Deep experience leveraging analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Facebook) for campaign performance reporting and optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts
  • Expertise with Google Tag Manager and/or experience with direct application of tagging
  • Experience in an Agile testing and development environment
  • Analytical and creative, with a passion to develop and test new ways to profitably attract consumers
  • An agile, test/learn/iterate mindset
  • Strong passion for marketing, with the curiosity needed to stay ahead of new trends and tool
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and operate within a large, complex organization
  • Ability to operate with discipline while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment
