As the Software Tester, you will develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software meets functional and performance requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and other quality issues. You will also identify, document, and track defects to resolution using defect tracking tools. Additionally, you will:

Perform regression testing to ensure that defects are resolved, and new features do not introduce new defects
Work with developers to ensure that defects are fixed and that the software is of the highest quality

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

At least 3 years of experience in general IT or business
At least 2 years of experience in software testing
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
Experience working with a variety of software applications, including web-based, desktop, and mobile applications
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects

Great Additional Skills:

Bachelor’s degree
Experience working with Agile teams
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira
Experience with Selenium and Lighthouse for automating testing and 508 compliance
Familiarity with the oil and gas Industry
