As the echnical Account & Implementation Manager, you will work with the client services, media operations, and engineering teams across a variety of projects involving chatbots, custom websites, paid media, influencer media, and digital offers for national brands, retailers, and agencies. You will work closely with product and engineering teams configuring and implementing platform technology to accomplish client objectives through a combination of conversational chatbots, websites, and integrated paid media. You will also build custom bots or websites to deliver to clients, set up and test digital offers, integrate ad products with multi-channel bots; report on campaign performance; and occasionally advise clients or sales.
