As the echnical Account & Implementation Manager, you will work with the client services, media operations, and engineering teams across a variety of projects involving chatbots, custom websites, paid media, influencer media, and digital offers for national brands, retailers, and agencies. You will work closely with product and engineering teams configuring and implementing platform technology to accomplish client objectives through a combination of conversational chatbots, websites, and integrated paid media. You will also build custom bots or websites to deliver to clients, set up and test digital offers, integrate ad products with multi-channel bots; report on campaign performance; and occasionally advise clients or sales. Additionally, you will:

  • Configure chatbots for clients based on campaign objectives
  • Translate client requirements into technical specifications for custom websites
  • QA chatbots and websites in test environment and production prior to client delivery
  • Connect chatbot(s) to client properties such as Messenger or Instagram, and test
  • Plan, create, and test unique URLs used by the Media Ops team or external agencies to trigger chatbot experiences and provide attribution tracking
  • Configure supporting landing pages that support media for conversational experiences
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to advise clients on the best solutions based on technical feasibility and campaign objectives
  • Work with Client Services during implementation and optimize campaigns when live, occasionally speaking with clients or agencies
  • Set up and coordinate digital offers and integrate them into chat experiences
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects, learn new technologies, work within tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced technical environment

  • Ability to read and edit HTML, JavaScript, and JSON
  • Experience supporting technical solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience with Excel and pivot tables
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with paid media and optimization strategies
