As the Product Owner - Digital, you will play a critical part in guiding product development to build holistic solutions from start to finish while breaking barriers across an industry needing technical disruption. You will establish the product vision and strategy for marketplace consumer experiences. You will also write the backlog of stories and run the process of managing the delivery of these with the team. Additionally, you will:

  • Define and develop product requirements and roadmaps to build alignment across product teams and functional teams (marketing, sales, operations)
  • Collaborate with UX design, data science, and engineering to understand user needs and then build holistic solutions to address them at scale
  • Iterate products to meet consumer needs by collecting and analyzing feedback and translating it into do-able, defined product plans
  • Make recommendations to expand product vision with alignment to overall product ecosystem
  • Ensure products and releases are launched with quality
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users with technical, marketing, and UX teams

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, building hyper growth in high engagement marketplaces
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a globally dispersed team
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment as Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in digital marketing or e-commerce for a global organization working as a PO as part of the project team
  • Experience working across brand and geographic locations
  • Strong experience working with content and subscription driven sites
  • Experience with digital experience and digital strategy in customer facing applications
  • Strong experience in content strategy, user engagement, and user experience
  • Experience in e-commerce and subscription-based products
  • Strong experience in customer segmentation
  • Preference center and customer profiling experience
  • Experience with 1:1 comms, personalized offers, and campaign automation
  • Experience with design and document requirements, epics, user journeys, and product backlog
  • Solid understanding of product management (on boarding and off boarding) order management, B2B portals, online customer purchase interactions, and required support
  • Experience in full product lifecycle management
  • Background in software development, app development, program management, and/or UX design
