As the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you will create, implement, and manage our international marketing strategy. You will be responsible for further developing the digital marketing function to leverage modern technologies and tactics suited to our industry. You will also inspire the organization to continuously evolve marketing efforts through the appropriate use of next-gen marketing platforms, strategies, campaigns, and tactics. Additionally, you will:

  • Develop, plan, and execute the company marketing strategy with a heavy focus on digital transformation, in partnership with the CMO - leverage the right content on the right platform for the right audience at the right time
  • Develop and lead a high-performing marketing team who can share and spread best practices through the marketing organization
  • Remain up to date with the latest technology and marketing best practices, evaluating new ideas carefully to ensure maximum cost/benefit for the organization
  • Measure the effectiveness of current traditional and digital strategies by leveraging KPIs, adjusting strategy as needed to achieve desired results
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (branding, social media/digital marketing, communications) and ensure they enable company growth objectives
  • Assist in the preparation and management of marketing budgets
  • In partnership with IT, provide oversight for all external digital platforms, including websites and social media accounts
  • Monitor all relevant data to extract insights that help drive fact-based decision making
  • Actively participate in cross-channel marketing programs to ensure alignment with overall digital strategy
  • Build the team around an advanced knowledge of best practices in technology, multiple platforms, and integration
  • Evaluate all current platforms including websites, social, and apps and determine leverage points of a combined strategy
  • Oversee the marketing tech stack in close collaboration with senior IT leadership, globally

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a marketing leader, with strong experience in digital space
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, digital technologies, or related field
  • Deep expertise in market and customer insights, product commercialization, and branding
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C digital marketing
  • Proven expertise building multi-channel marketing strategies following industry best practices with quantifiable, substantive outcomes
  • Proven expertise shaping and directing online marketing campaigns and overseeing system integration for optimal performance
  • Proven expertise analyzing, curating, and strengthening marketing’s tech stack
  • Proven expertise evaluating, selecting, and implementing digital technology solutions in partnership with IT organizations
  • Proven expertise analyzing and leveraging campaign data (Google Analytics, SEO, CRM, Salesforce)
