As the Incentives and Loyalty Product Manager, you will define, manage, and communicate features and requirements based on the quarterly and annual roadmap as defined by the Product Team as a whole. You will gather requirements, prioritize product and strategy, and collaborate across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, UX/UI Design, and Engineering. You will also utilize prescribed project management tools and processes, including project schedules, coordinate project meetings, and track issues and action items necessary to deliver on-time implementation of key product offerings. Additionally, you will:

• Be responsible for real-time and daily monitoring of KPIs for the Incentives and Loyalty platform and provide platform support to internal and external end users
• Create and prioritize use cases and product specifications for product backlog and participate in roadmap planning
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers
• Perform functional QA testing of platform products
• Work with Product Marketing on “Go to Market” initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with stakeholders on releases of new features/products to clients
• Research emerging market trends
• Work with stakeholders on product features to help refine completed backlog items and plan for future roadmap items
• Plan and communicate annual and quarterly roadmap
• Collect and analyze data and feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
• Drive product vision and strategy that will delight our customers and help us stand out in the marketplace
• Design and lead a multi-year roadmap, balancing short and long-term goals and investments to scale globally and across multiple acquisition channels
• Gather insights from customers, data research, and industry trends and convert them into compelling product ideas
• Build strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and leaders within our group to ensure alignment and buy-in on the requirements and prioritization of product ideas

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• At least 3 years of experience developing/launching technology products
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Expertise with Agile framework and software (Atlassian, JIRA, Confluence)
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies as needed
• Demonstrated problem solver
• Strong analytical background
• Experience working on multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML
• Basic MySQL query experience
• Innovative, analytical, and structured with the ability to deliver and draw interpretations through A/B tests
• Analytical, structured, with the ability to prioritize and deliver from our large suite of products and feature sets
• Hands-on leader who oversees and maintains a deep, detailed, and ruthlessly prioritized product backlog (PBL) for a web scrum team, driving towards a well-defined vision and specific goals/metrics
• Strong history of scaling products and building products with high engagement
