Business Analyst

As the Business Analyst, you will conduct comprehensive discovery for each of the seven critical projects, including jFrog Artifactory, Confluence, GitHub, Rally, White Source, Jenkins, and AWS Fargate implementation and migrations. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their needs, gather functional requirements, and ensure that all business requirements are identified, and adequately documented. You will facilitate meetings with technical and non-technical team members to identify and solve problems, discover business needs, and gather requirements. You will develop documentation for each project, including project plans, schedules, requirements, user stories, use cases, and test plans in conjunction with the Delivery Director and Project Manager. You will define and document user workflows and processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient solutions. You will work with the DevOps Engineer and Project Manager to ensure that the project meets the business objectives and adheres to the project scope. You will assist in user acceptance testing and project rollout. You will also provide regular status updates to stakeholders and adjust plans based on feedback and changes in priorities.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technical environment
  
• Functional familiarity with SaaS, AWS platforms, and tools including Docker, jFrog Artifactory, Confluence, GitHub, Rally, White Source, Jenkins, SonarQube, and AWS Fargate (Serverless)
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think "outside the box" and use creative solutions to meet business needs
  

Great Additional Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
• Experience in project management methodologies and software
  
• A bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field is preferred
