As the Operations Analyst I - Trading, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of investment activities for institutional clients and the company’s proprietary funds with investment managers, custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams. You will resolve account specific administrative and operational issues. You will also prepare and execute trading activities including sales and purchases. Additionally, you will:

  • Report any information associated with daily trade effort
  • Review client accounts and their adherence to individual IPS guidelines
  • Generate trades for high-level OCIO clients
  • Model management
  • Assist the generation and implementation of model portfolios in accordance with Portfolio Management
  • Work closely with portfolio managers MS and advisors to implement model changes and distribution as global trades occur
  • Work directly and assist with third parties to resolve any implementation hurdles
  • Onboard new institutional client accounts
  • Oversee the processes of market value updates for alternative or illiquid holdings GIPS and performance reporting
  • Assist in quarterly production of marketing collateral including outside vendor reporting
  • Ensure the firm’s composites adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the creation of internal reports for leadership related to performance analytics, including the review and analysis of consulting client performance
  • Perform and support projects that at the direction of senior management
  • Engage in research projects and developing key analytical tools to support implementation of investment activities related to discretionary and semi-discretionary clients

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
  • Entry level experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of investment products and services, operations (including workflow management), and investment-related activities for both institutional and intermediary client distribution
  • Experience mentoring and training others
  • Ability to work independently toward objectives
