As the Manufacturing Supervisor – 3rd Shift, you will ensure the molding department operates in accordance with company procedures and conforms to company quality management system and procedures as documented. You will serve as the first level of supervision for the molding department and be responsible for ensuring the molding department operates in a safe, productive, and cost-effective manner. You will also develop and analyze production schedules and workflow procedures and maximize machine utilization by ensuring the machines are running to standard.

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing technical and non-technical personnel and a thorough understanding of production manufacturing
  • 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in a molding department
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
