As the Organizational Culture Analyst, you will assist the government with defining organizational goals and aligning departments effectively. You will assist the government with defining the culture desired and defining the steps to achieve those goals. You will also assist the government with setting tone for communication. Additionally, you will:

  • Establish an emotional connection for the organization’s staff, leadership, and the organization as whole
  • Plan and carry out events

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • At least 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, and leadership courage
  • A self-starter who can recognize needs and act with little to no guidance
  • Ability to rapidly adapt
  • Advanced MS Word skills; proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
