As the QA Lead, you will be responsible for quality and test related process execution with high impact on to the business. You will provide feedback on artifacts developed during requirements and analysis phase within client projects. You will also authorize test plans and test cases. Additionally, you will:

• Perform and lead test execution for both project and support related activities
• Lead and support testers in an agile environment
• Coordinate and providing guidance and oversight on testing standards and processes, including assisting with code reviews
• Demonstrate hands on experience with Selenium automation concepts, tools, and web service testing concepts

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• At least 3 years of experience writing selenium tests in Java
• At least 2 years of experience with test runners (Junit, TestNG, Mocha, Jasmine)
• At least 2 years of experience with CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab)
• At least 1 year of experience with selenium grid
• At least 1 year of experience testing web services (manual or automation)
• At least 1 year of experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
• At least 1 year of experience using Jira for defect tracking
• Very strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong experience leading the automation of regression test suites
• Familiarity with the Agile methodology

Great Additional Skills:

• QA Lead experience on most recent project
• Selenium utilization in most recent project
• Agile utilization on most recent project
• Experience in the SAFe Agile approach
• Working knowledge of Selenium WDIO
• Understanding or experience validating XML responses from web services
