As the People Operations Manager, you will be both strategic and hands-on, providing full cycle support for your client consulting teams across the organization. You will have an opportunity to work on all facets of people strategies that align with business objectives and goals and provide a unique and dynamic employee experience. You will also engage with Resolvit’s Client Services Team field employees as their primary point of contact for questions, concerns, and employee issues. Additionally, you will:

  • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations, communicating vital employee benefits information
  • Execute people programs, including employee engagement, coaching and development, team effectiveness, resolution of ER matters, and more
  • Drive the performance management, appraisal, and remediation process, including bonus, merit increase, and salary administration programs for our Client Services Team
  • Coordinate and provide metrics, reporting support, and billing reconciliation for client procurement department requests, internal Resolvit Accounting Team requests, and in support of project/solution proposals
  • Monitor successful completion of post-award consulting engagements, prepare status reports, attend project meetings with the client, assist with issue resolution, and facilitate training and redeployment efforts

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • At least 3 years of progressive sales, human resources, or business experience in professional services or products
  • Bachelor's degree in business, industrial psychology, or a related course of study
  • A professional attitude and a track record of successfully building and maintaining client and employee relationships
  • A thoughtful, outgoing, and engaging approach to interpersonal relationships
  • A high level of motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Demonstrated success in time and task management, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 30%

Great Additional Skills:

  • Experience in the consulting or staffing services field
