As the Finance Systems Architect, you will lead the systems team in support of all phases of the software development life cycle and apply software design principles in evaluating, researching, designing, and developing software solutions. You will provide integrated systems planning and recommend technologies that will enhance the current systems as well as prepare for the future. You will also architect, implement, and develop finance systems as they interact with the existing Dynamics 365 ERP and master data systems. Additionally, you will:

• Analyze business drivers to determine technical architecture requirements and high-level solutions and oversee implementation
• Act as a subject matter expert on IBM Cognos TM1 and BI
• Partner with various project management, finance, and accounting departments to understand their needs
• Manage creation of business requirement documents, systems configuration documents, test plans, user training documents, and communication to users
• Supervise systems analysts and provide direction, train and mentor, review work, and conduct performance reviews

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• At least 8 years of experience with financial planning, consolidation, and finance analytics leveraging FP&A software
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management information systems, engineering, or computer science or equivalent work experience

Great Additional Skills:

• Experience with Vanguard S&OP planning
• Experience with financial planning software such as Anaplan and TM1
• Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis abilities
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to understand business requirements
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
• Interpersonal skills
• Professional certifications and advanced degrees
