As the Scrum Master, you will empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with the Delivery Manager and Product Manager to facilitate all Agile development ceremonies. You will also work closely with Developers to remove blockers and provide clarity for business requirements. Additionally, you will:

Ensure that the Apps team gets the development/technical support necessary for the success of the team and the organization
Enable team members to succeed via the application of Scrum/Agile methodologies and improve the efficiency of support and development teams
Understand the priorities and interdependencies of past, current, and future work to ensure optimal outcomes
Act as the Scrum Master and point-of-contact to ensure a smooth transition from idea submission through scoping, design, delivery, and project closeout

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

4 to 7 years of experience using Agile methodology as a Scrum Master
Certified Scrum Master certification with experience managing large projects with geographically distributed teams
Good understanding of the Scrum ceremonies and experience in Agile tools
