Join us as a Direct Software Sourcing Specialist and be part of the creative, forward-thinking, and dedicated team. As the Direct Software Sourcing Specialist, you will partner with internal customers to understand engagement scope and requirements. You will negotiate direct software sourcing contract provisions for assigned SaaS/Cloud portfolio. You will also draft, review, redline, and execute direct software sourcing contracts. You will continuously drive contract deflation and cost avoidance. You will collaborate with appropriate finance, compliance, and legal subject matter experts. You will develop short- and long-term direct software strategies, in partnership with internal customers. You will leverage spend analytics tools. You will support sourcing best practices. You will proactively identify and resolve issues and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes. You will also manage key third party relationships, issue resolution and strategic reviews.

If This Describes You, Apply Today!

• At least 10 years of experience in sourcing and software licensing
  
• At least 4 years of experience in project management
  
• Bachelors OR Master’s degree in software engineering, finance or related field
  
• Strong expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  
• Ability to read and understand complex software contracts
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Drive to execute under extreme deadline pressures
  
• Strong customer service mindset
  
• Demonstrated project management skills with ability to lead multiple, highly visible initiatives
  
• Knowledge of information technologies, specifically cloud services and software as a service license models
  

Great Additional Skills:

• Demonstrated experience working effectively within a team
  
• Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
