As the Microsoft 365 tenant administrator, you will serve as a highly privileged administrator for a new Microsoft 365 environment in the build phase. You will coordinate change dependencies across various teams. You will create and maintain the change log and documentation as well as architecture diagrams. Additionally, you will: 

• Lead change management rhythms  
• Develop and implement configuration scripts (IaC) based on PowerShell, Microsoft Graph 
  

What You’ll Need to be Successful: 

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 
• Strong ITIL and service management experience 
  

Great Additional Skills: 

• Microsoft certification 
• Office Tools such as Excel and PowerPoint 
• Proficiency in ServiceNow
